frequently asked questions

how long can I keep the rentals for?

as long as we have inventory available, you can keep them for as long as you want to book them for!
our advertised rental fee is a per day rate. we’ll try our best to let you have the rentals the day before and get them back to us the day after your event at no extra charge (as long as the inventory is available for that whole window). anything longer than that will cost you extra.

will I have to pay a deposit?

we have 2 kinds of deposits we charge - a deposit upon booking product, and a cleaning & breakage deposit

1. deposit to hold product: this is 20% of your total bill which is to be paid as soon as you book, in order to hold the product. this deposit is refundable up until 7 days before your event. at 1 week before your booking, we start preparing your order so you are ‘locked in’ at that point - if you cancel within the 7 day window, you lose this deposit.

2. cleaning & breakage deposit: this is charged preemptively on your bill before we hand over the rentals to you. this deposit varies by the size of the order and the products included on it. this deposit is fully refundable to you as long as the rentals come back with no excess dirt or mud, and no permanent stains, marks, or burns.

how does delivery & pickup work?

our standard delivery and pickup services are door-to-door service. that means we’ll deliver product broken down (tables and chairs folded up and stacked) to the front door of the building, and expect to pickup in the same place and in the same broken-down state.
extra services like delivery/pickup inside the building, set up and tear down, etc. may be available for additional fees. please contact us for availability and a quote.

what time will you deliver and pick up?

we can deliver or pickup whenever it suits you, as long as we are available at that time. let us know right away if you have a specific time you’re hoping for and we’ll try our best to make it work.

I have to be out of my venue by midnight!
will you do a late-night pickup?

late-night pickups are available, but may be subject to higher fees than our standard during-business-hours fees. this is a very popular service for Saturday night weddings & parties - booking early is suggested to secure this service!

can I come see the products before booking?

absolutely! viewings are available by appointment only. please contact us to schedule a time to come see. we are located in the Greendale neighbourhood of Chilliwack, BC.

can I pick up and drop off myself?

sure thing! but you’ll have to make an appointment so we can make sure someone is there to help you load up.
when you book your rentals, let us know if you’ll be coming to pick up and drop off yourself. we’ll schedule a time that works for you.
